GHOST Energy x 7UP Lemon Lime Is Now Official
GHOST Energy's new 7UP Lemon Lime is a permanent addition to the lineup... and the clearest look yet at what the Keurig Dr Pepper acquisition looks like in a can.
GHOST Energy x 7UP Lemon Lime is official -- teased earlier this week with a green can and a 7UP-branded vending machine, and now confirmed as a permanent addition to the GHOST Energy lineup.[1]
If this collab feels less like a creative swing and more like a business decision, that's because it is. GHOST sold to Keurig Dr Pepper in a $1.65 billion deal, and 7UP is a KDP brand. This isn't GHOST cold-calling an iconic soda for a limited run. It's the partnership working exactly as intended.
What 7UP Lemon Lime Brings to the Can
7UP's flavor profile is clean: crisp lemon upfront, bright lime finish, not overly sweet. That translates well here, especially since GHOST Energy already runs zero sugar and no artificial colors. You're not getting a candy interpretation. This should drink more like a fresh soda than a punch-style energy flavor -- a craveable, recognizable profile for people who want the nostalgia without the sugar crash.[1]
What's Inside
The formula is unchanged from the standard GHOST Energy.[1] Same actives, same doses.

- Natural Caffeine (200mg) - Sourced from coffee beans, which gives a slightly smoother onset than synthetic caffeine. 200mg sits at the functional sweet spot without pushing into jitter territory.
- Alpha-GPC 50% (150mg) - A bioavailable choline source that sharpens focus and recall. 150mg is a meaningful dose -- a lot of products that include it use token amounts.
- NeuroFactor™ (100mg) - Whole-coffee-fruit extract that may support BDNF, the protein tied to learning and memory. Pairs naturally with caffeine for a more complete cognitive effect.
- Carnipure® L-Carnitine L-Tartrate (1000mg) - A full gram of high-purity carnitine per can is one of the better reasons to reach for GHOST over a generic option. Helps your body use fat as a fuel source.
- Taurine (1000mg) - A staple in the category. Supports hydration and takes the edge off higher-caffeine formulas.
- AstraGin® (25mg) - An absorption enhancer included to help your gut pull more from the other actives in the stack.

Rounding it out: 100% daily value of vitamins C, niacin, B6, and B12. Zero sugar, 10 calories, no artificial colors.
The Bigger Picture
This is the second GHOST x KDP brand move worth watching in quick succession. GHOST teased a Yoo-hoo Chocolate Protein RTD earlier this year -- another KDP property. These aren't coincidences. The 7UP and Yoo-hoo collabs show what the acquisition actually buys: access to a deep catalog of recognizable American brands and the distribution muscle to put them everywhere.
7UP Lemon Lime delivers on the collab's obvious potential. If you're already on the GHOST formula, this one's worth grabbing.[1]
