GHOST Lifestyle's protein RTDs are officially returning -- this time in a YooHoo Chocolate collab with 25g protein and 110 calories in an 11 fl oz can.
GHOST co-founder Ryan Hughes just posted the can on Instagram, and it's real: GHOST x Yoo-hoo Chocolate Protein RTD is coming.
The leaked can shows 25g protein, 110 calories, and an 11 fl oz format, labeled as a "High Protein Milk Drink." That's it for confirmed specs. No full ingredient panel yet, no release date, no pricing. But the macro math is already worth noting: 25g protein at 110 calories is lean by any standard. If fat and carbs are minimal, this would land at roughly 91% of calories from protein! That's aggressive... and very GHOST.

The Yoo-hoo collab is a smart play, especially with the rise in canned protein drinks. GHOST knows how to license flavor IPs -- their supplement line has built a reputation around it -- and Yoo-hoo Chocolate is the kind of nostalgic flavor that doesn't need explaining. It just hits.
