Flavor Review
Bloom Crisp Apple Grows From Fall Can to Full Flavor Series
Bloom's Crisp Apple flavor has spread from Sparkling Energy into Bloom Pop prebiotic soda, and now even into the brand's powders and gummies.
Bloom's Crisp Apple has made the jump from energy drink to soda. The flavor that started as Bloom Sparkling Energy's first-ever special-edition fall can is now Bloom Pop Crisp Apple, a limited-edition prebiotic soda that Target lists as new for fall 2026.

That's a fast climb for a seasonal flavor. Crisp Apple launched in August 2025 as a Target exclusive, rolled out nationwide, and stayed long enough to become a permanent part of the Bloom Sparkling Energy lineup. Now it's in Bloom Pop, Bloom's caffeine-free prebiotic soda, and it has spread into three of the brand's non-beverage products as well.
Most seasonal flavors get one fall and a clearance endcap. Bloom is treating this one as a franchise, building a flavor series around a cider-style apple profile across two very different cans.
How Crisp Apple Went From Seasonal to Series
The first Crisp Apple can was cider-inspired, with notes of sweet, orchard-fresh apples. Bloom built it for the back-to-school and tailgate stretch of the year. Fans spotted it in stores weeks before the official launch and started posting about it, so the flavor already had buzz before most people could buy it.

Here's how it has moved since:
- August 2025: Crisp Apple debuts as Bloom Sparkling Energy's first special-edition flavor, exclusive to Target stores and Target.com.
- September 2025: The flavor rolls out to major retailers nationwide.
- Since then: Crisp Apple earns a permanent spot in the Sparkling Energy lineup. It also turns up next to Pear Scare in Bloom's Halloween-themed Double Trouble pack.
- September 2026: Crisp Apple Bloom Pop arrives. Target lists it as "Fall Pop Crisp Apple Soda" in a 12 fl oz can.
The Pop can is clearly seasonal. It has a peach-to-pink gradient, a big red apple, autumn leaves, and "Limited Edition" printed on the front, along with a 3g sugar callout. It follows Winter Pomberry, Pop's earlier pomegranate-and-cranberry seasonal. Bloom hasn't said how long Crisp Apple Pop will stay on shelves or whether it will reach retailers beyond Target. Shoppers should treat it as a fall release, not a new permanent flavor.
The energy drink path worked the other way around. Bloom launched it as a special edition, and demand made it permanent. Whether Pop follows the same route depends on how fast those Target shelves empty.
Crisp Apple Leaves the Fridge
Bloom isn't stopping at cans. The brand has put Crisp Apple into three non-beverage products sold through its own online store:

- Clear Protein, a lighter, juice-style shake with 15g whey isolate and 5g collagen peptides.
- Creatine Gummies, with 5g creatine monohydrate per three-gummy serving.
- Energy Sticks, a powder take on the energy drink with 180mg natural caffeine, prebiotics, and no sugar.
There's also a Crisp Apple Lovers Trio bundle with full sizes of all three. These aren't the main story here. They show how much pull the flavor has: Bloom wouldn't run one flavor across protein, creatine, and stick packs if the cans weren't selling.
Crisp Apple's Two Cans: The Quick Breakdown
The two Crisp Apple drinks share a flavor and a brand, but they're built for different jobs. Bloom's beverages are made by Nutrabolt, the company behind C4 Energy, so both have serious production and distribution behind them. For the full ingredient deep dives, see our Bloom Sparkling Energy and Bloom Pop breakdowns.
Bloom Sparkling Energy
These notes follow the current Sparkling Energy formula used across the lineup.

- 180mg natural caffeine - It comes from green coffee bean extract and sits in the middle of the market, above the 150mg cans and well below the 300mg heavy hitters.
- Zero sugar, 10 calories - Sucralose keeps sugar at 0g in a 12 fl oz can.
- L-theanine - It's paired with caffeine to smooth out the edge while keeping you focused. Bloom doesn't disclose the dose.
- Taurine and Panax ginseng - These are standard energy drink support players, plus ginseng for focus. Neither dose is listed on the label.
- Apple cider vinegar and XOS prebiotic - These are Bloom's gut-health signatures. The XOS comes as PreticX, and with the panel showing 0g fiber, it's a small prebiotic nudge rather than a fiber source.
- B vitamins - The can has niacin (8mg, 50% DV), vitamin B6 (1.7mg, 100% DV), and vitamin B12 (2.4mcg, 100% DV).
- Other ingredients - Carbonated water, citric acid, potassium citrate, natural flavors, and potassium benzoate round it out.
Bloom Pop Crisp Apple

- No caffeine - This is a soda replacement, not an energy drink, so it works in the evening or in a house where not everyone drinks caffeine.
- 20 calories, 3g sugar (2g added) - Bloom isn't trying to hit zero sugar here. It uses a little real sugar for flavor and keeps the total low.
- Prebiotic XOS - This is the functional centerpiece, and like the rest of the Pop line, it uses Bloom's PreticX form.
- Sweetener system - Organic cane sugar and apple juice concentrate carry the flavor, and stevia (Reb M) adds sweetness without piling on sugar.
- Organic apple cider vinegar - It's a Bloom brand signature that happens to fit an apple soda better than most of the lineup.

Crisp Apple is now a permanent Sparkling Energy flavor, while the Pop version is a limited fall can. The current lineups for both drinks are below.

Why Apple Keeps Winning at Bloom
Crisp Apple has done what most seasonal flavors never do: it earned a permanent spot, moved into a second beverage line, and spread into three supplement formats within about a year. If you liked the energy can but want something you can drink after 4pm, Crisp Apple Pop is the one to grab before fall ends.

The next thing to watch is Pop. If the limited soda sells through the way the original energy can did, Bloom has already shown it's willing to keep a hit flavor around.
