Jocko MOLK Sweet Cream Coffee Brings 95mg Caffeine to 4-Pack Shelves

Jocko MOLK Sweet Cream Coffee pairs 30g grass-fed milk protein with 95mg caffeine, now in 11oz 4-packs with an allulose and MCT oil formula.

Jocko Fuel MOLK Sweet Cream Coffee is now on mainstream retail shelves. Jocko Fuel went nationwide at Target on October 20, 2026, and Sweet Cream Coffee is one of the four MOLK flavors in its Target 4-pack lineup. You'll also find the same 4-pack of 11oz (330mL) cartons at Walmart and grocery stores.

The flavor isn't new. Jocko Fuel has been selling it direct in 12-packs. What's changed is how many people can now find it, and plenty of them will be grabbing the one MOLK with caffeine in it. Sweet Cream Coffee is a protein latte. It's built on the 30g grass-fed milk protein blend behind the Jocko MOLK Protein Shake RTD line, and it adds 95mg caffeine from medium roast coffee and unroasted coffee bean extract.

That combination makes it the easiest MOLK to sell as a morning drink. It also means it isn't the shake to grab out of habit at 9pm.

Target Gets the Protein Latte

Jocko Fuel's Target rollout covers stores nationwide plus Target.com. It follows retail growth at Walmart, Wawa, Wegmans, Publix, Meijer, and Vitamin Shoppe. MOLK isn't the only thing coming in:

  • Retailer: Target, nationwide in stores and online
  • Launch date: October 20, 2026
  • MOLK 4-pack flavors: Chocolate, Vanilla, Fruity Cereal, and Sweet Cream Coffee
  • Rest of the assortment: protein powder tubs, single-serve powder packets, creatine, and pre-workout
  • Format: 4-packs of 11oz (330mL) cartons

The timing lines up with a bigger moment for the brand. Way of the Warrior Kid, the film based on Jocko Willink's children's book series, is set to debut on Apple TV in November with Jocko Fuel investor Chris Pratt starring. The brand already has a kids' product tied to that franchise, the Jocko Fuel Warrior Kid Protein Shake. Jocko Fuel also says more new products are coming later this year.

A few things haven't been disclosed yet: how many Target stores are carrying MOLK, whether every location stocks all four flavors, and where the 4-packs sit in the store.

Caffeine Check for Late-Night Shakes

A lot of people treat MOLK as a post-workout shake or an evening protein hit. Sweet Cream Coffee doesn't fit that routine the way Chocolate or Vanilla does. At 95mg caffeine per carton, it's a moderate coffee-level dose, enough to notice if you train after work or drink your shake close to bedtime.

That's not a knock on the product. Coffee plus 30g protein in one shelf-stable carton is a useful morning or midday option. Just check the flavor before you stack your fridge with it and drink one on autopilot after a 7pm lift.

MOLK Sweet Cream Coffee: The Quick Breakdown

Sweet Cream Coffee is for people who want their protein and their coffee in the same drink, without added sugar. The full Jocko MOLK product page covers the base formula in depth. The numbers below come from the Sweet Cream Coffee 4-pack carton:

  • Protein (30g) - Milk protein concentrate and calcium caseinate from grass-fed cows, both inside the "Jocko Protein Latte Blend." The carton calls it a time-release blend, which makes it a good fit for holding you over between meals.
  • Caffeine (95mg) - Comes from medium roast coffee and organic unroasted coffee bean extract. The label gives the total but doesn't split it between the two sources.
  • Calories and macros (170 calories) - 3g fat (2g saturated), 7g carbs with 1g fiber, and 2g total sugar with no added sugar. Jocko Fuel markets the shake as keto friendly.
  • Jocko Good Sweetener - A blend of allulose, Reb-M, and monk fruit extract. Like the rest of the brand's portfolio, it skips sucralose and Ace-K.
  • MCT oil - The fat source on this carton, and a big part of that latte-style mouthfeel.
  • Minerals - 780mg calcium (60% DV), 240mg potassium (6% DV), and 150mg sodium (7% DV). Potassium citrate is on the ingredient list.
  • Texture system - Cellulose gum, cellulose gel, sunflower lecithin, gellan gum, sodium phosphate, and locust bean gum keep the protein suspended. There's no carrageenan, which has been a MOLK selling point from the start.

This Carton Doesn't Match the Standard MOLK Label

This carton is different from the MOLK label on our product page. That page lists 180 calories, 4.5g fat, high oleic sunflower oil, and a Reb-M plus monk fruit sweetener system with no allulose. The Sweet Cream Coffee carton lists 170 calories, MCT oil instead of sunflower oil, allulose added to the sweetener blend, and 240mg potassium instead of 120mg.

Jocko MOLK Sweet Cream Coffee Nutrition Facts panel listing 170 calories, 3g fat, 7g carbs, 30g protein and 240mg potassium per 330mL carton

That proves this carton's label is different. It doesn't prove Jocko Fuel reformulated the whole MOLK line. If the sweetener or oil matters to you, read the panel on the exact flavor and pack you're buying.

Flavor Lineup

At Target, the MOLK 4-packs come in Chocolate, Vanilla, Fruity Cereal, and Sweet Cream Coffee. Sweet Cream Coffee is the only caffeinated one of the four. The live lineup is below.

What to Watch at Target

Picking Sweet Cream Coffee as one of the four Target flavors was a smart call. Protein coffee is an easy sell in the morning, and 95mg is a moderate dose rather than a pre-workout-level hit. Two things are worth watching next: whether the other 4-pack cartons show the same MCT oil and allulose label, and what the new products due later this year turn out to be.
